City Art Hotel is a small, boutique style hotel, located in the downtown part of the city of Ruse.

The hotel occupies a completely restored building that was officially manifested and registered as a monument of culture in 1973.
The building is built in 1896 and planned by the architect – Udo Ribau.
Ribau’s work is characterized with the demonstrative usage of brick as a building and decorative material, as well as the emphasized usage of elements of wrought and molded iron.
The building of the hotel is famous as the house and workshop of Jacque Lamar – famous maker and dealer of hats
